Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage caseloads across assigned elementary campuses
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in elementary settings
- Conduct assessments to identify student speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed progress records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to coordinate services
- Support and educate families about their child’s progress and needs
- Participate in IEP and staff meetings as required
