Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also encouraged
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to foster a supportive educational environment
- Provide direct therapy and intervention services in individual and group settings
- Monitor progress, document services, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate and empower families and educators regarding speech and language strategies
