Qualifications and Credentials Required:
- Valid state license for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates encouraged
- Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Background check and required school clearances
Job Details:
- Start date: August 2024
- End date: June 2025
- Contract position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Serving preschool through middle school-aged students
- Manage a manageable caseload of approximately 40–45 students, all with individualized needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and caregivers
- Implement IEPs, evaluate communication disorders, and provide direct and consultative services
- Documentation and participation in team meetings required
- Bilingual skill is a plus, but not required
