Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Richmond, CA

We're seeking ten dedicated SLPs to join us on-site for the 2026-27 academic year, supporting students from PreK–12 with varying communication needs—from mild to severe. This is a full-time, contract position offering 37.5 hours per week. Caseloads are customizable by grade level, so you can focus on the age group where your passion and skills shine brightest. While you’ll primarily be at a designated site, some roles may require travel between one or two nearby schools, further enriching your professional experience.
Ideal candidates bring:
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Valid state licensure to practice in educational settings
- Experience with pediatric and school-based speech-language caseloads
- Flexibility to serve students across a range of grades and needs
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, developing and implementing IEPs
- Delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy in individual and group settings
- Consulting and collaborating with educators, parents, and other therapists
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with school and state guidelines
- Traveling between assigned school sites as required
