School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Richmond, California

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in California
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed case records
- Dedication to reliability and professionalism
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and monitor progress
- Manage caseload effectively, delivering both direct and consultative services
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records in accordance with legal and district requirements
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute evaluation data, progress reports, and recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student growth and achievement
- Ensure seamless service continuity as you transition into a previously filled SLP position
