Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP or SLPA) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Hands-on experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare environments
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, assessments, and interventions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability to work independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver targeted interventions
- Provide therapy services both in-person and via secure teletherapy platforms
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor and report student progress
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with state, federal, and district guidelines
- Assist in IEP meetings, contribute professional insights, and support classroom integration of therapy goals
