In this in-person role, you’ll work at a single school site providing speech and language services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Your expertise will foster student success and help unlock their full potential during the school day, Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP with strong school-based experience
- Experience with K–12 student populations
- Skilled in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and educational staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions to students with speech and language needs
- Assess, develop, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress toward communication goals
- Communicate effectively with parents and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students in a nurturing and inclusive environment
