Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, with a standard workday of Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, allowing for work-life balance.
Required Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Hold or be eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in serving K-12 students in a school environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Maintain effective documentation and contribute actively to IEP meetings
- Provide education and resources for staff and families to support communication goals
