Both full-time and part-time options are available, with core hours set Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm.

What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current or pending California SLP license or credential
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
  • Experience supporting K-12 students is an asset
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Dedication to evidence-based practices and IEP compliance
  • Ability to adapt to varying caseload needs throughout the school year

Your role will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Addressing speech, language, voice, and fluency needs within the IEP framework
  • Providing direct therapy services to students
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents for student success
  • Maintaining accurate records and progress documentation
  • Participating in IEP meetings as a valuable team member

You’ll have the flexibility to choose between full-time and part-time hours, allowing for balance in your professional and personal life. This school-based role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference while working in a collaborative educational environment.
