Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (SLP-CFY) encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in an inclusive school environment
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Provide guidance and resources to educators and caregivers regarding speech/language needs
