Speech Language Pathologist in Murrieta, CA

As an SLP-CCC, you'll collaborate with supportive staff in both Idyllwild School (serving grades 6-12) and Hamilton Elementary (PreK–8), providing tailored therapy and assessments for students. You’ll be empowered to use your expertise to help students with diverse communication needs, managing a caseload that allows for focused, individualized support.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid license to practice in California
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of IEPs and therapy implementation
- Comfort working with varied age groups (PreK–12)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to documentation, and communicate progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student success
- Flexibly balance responsibilities between two assigned school sites
- Utilize available resources and participate in IEP system training as needed
