Qualifications:
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist California license or eligibility
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates considered
• Previous experience in an elementary school setting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, speech and language assessments, and therapy plan implementation
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Track progress and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
• Travel between three elementary sites as needed
• Offer guidance and education to classroom staff regarding speech and language best practices
