Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Turlock, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current California SLP license or eligibility
- Either Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a school setting
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students across three schools
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sessions, progress, and compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
- Collaborate regularly with teachers and school staff to support student learning in the classroom
- Provide guidance and resources to families to reinforce progress at home
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities as appropriate
