Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts SLP license required
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Proven experience with pediatric populations in healthcare or school-based settings
  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborative multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, diagnostics, and implement evidence-based treatment for K-12 students
  • Develop, update, and document Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to optimize therapy outcomes
  • Provide direct and consultative services within classroom and pull-out models as needed
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and teacher input
  • Offer support and training to staff and parents regarding speech and language development
