Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts SLP license required
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Proven experience with pediatric populations in healthcare or school-based settings
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborative multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, diagnostics, and implement evidence-based treatment for K-12 students
- Develop, update, and document Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to optimize therapy outcomes
- Provide direct and consultative services within classroom and pull-out models as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and teacher input
- Offer support and training to staff and parents regarding speech and language development
