Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Dorchester, MA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license for the state of Massachusetts (MA)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or training in pediatric and school-based SLP settings
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to students K-12 with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
- Conduct screenings and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Offer direct and consultative services, maintaining accurate records and progress documentation
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
