Skillsets that will set you apart:
- Current Massachusetts SLP license required
- Prior experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in school or pediatric settings
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP-Healthcare backgrounds
- Comfortable providing services in-person or via teletherapy
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
In this role, you will:
- Deliver evaluations, diagnostics, and evidence-based interventions for children in either a preschool or elementary environment
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student communication and learning outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school procedures
- Support IEP development and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Adapt therapy modalities to best support both in-person and virtual learners
