Requirements for Success:
- Active MA SLP license
- Previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in healthcare, school, or pediatric settings
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) welcome
- Proficiency in managing pediatric speech and language disorders
- Skilled in teletherapy and in-person service delivery
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers and staff
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language services to students, focusing on developmentally appropriate interventions
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster students' communication abilities and meet educational goals
- Engage actively with families and educators for continuity of care
- Utilize technology to support remote or hybrid therapy if required
