Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Massachusetts
- Experience delivering services as an SLP in school, healthcare, or pediatric settings
- Open to both SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates
- Teletherapy skills valued, as well as in-person SLP experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language interventions to a varied caseload of elementary or preschool-aged students
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required by school guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
