Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Boston, Massachusetts

Responsibilities include planning and providing speech-language therapy for students, conducting assessments, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with teachers and parents, and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards. You’ll work with a supportive team to help each child reach their full communication potential.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP License
- Experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school or pediatric setting
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Background in teletherapy, healthcare, or pediatric SLP services is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to elementary or preschool students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a variety of speech and language disorders
- Monitor progress and update IEP goals as needed
- Partner with educators, families, and other specialists to encourage student success
- Keep accurate records and comply with district and state guidelines
