Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts SLP license required
  • Previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Willingness to support either elementary or preschool student populations
  • Comfort with teletherapy and in-person models
  • Familiarity with pediatric speech/language challenges and therapy methods
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Candidates completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or those with CCC are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions (on-site and/or virtual)
  • Maintain thorough and timely records of student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student care plans
  • Engage in ongoing professional development
