School Speech Language Pathologist - Princeton, West Virginia

Primary responsibilities include delivering speech and language therapy across multiple school sites—each chosen based on geographic proximity and caseload requirements. You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 50 students (with the possibility of up to 53, pending approval), supporting students’ communication needs so they can thrive in the classroom and beyond. With start and end dates aligned with the academic calendar, you’ll enjoy the structure and seasonal rhythm of the school year.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC certification required
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility for travel between nearby sites as assigned
- Dedication to improving student outcomes
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as assigned
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
