Qualifications & Experience:
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with students in school settings, particularly with diverse Pre-K to 8th-grade populations
- Strong communication skills with students, families, and educational teams
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual needs and multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a caseload of around 40 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Manage documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Travel between multiple school sites to provide consistent services
