Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification required
- Experience working in school settings is an advantage, though not mandatory
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for engaging and supporting pediatric populations, from early learners through elementary age
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication delays or disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress in a school-based setting
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support carryover of speech-language strategies in the classroom and at home
- Document all services provided in accordance with school and district protocols
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and school initiatives as needed
