Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with the CCC credential are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide therapy services to elementary-aged students (K-5)
- Develop and document goal-oriented, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with federal, state, and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
