Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
  • Valid SLP licensure in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings is beneficial
  • Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborative spirit with strong communication and organizational abilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs through standardized tools and observations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress in the classroom
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation, progress notes, and required compliance paperwork
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as needed
