Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Valid SLP licensure in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings is beneficial
- Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborative spirit with strong communication and organizational abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs through standardized tools and observations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress in the classroom
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation, progress notes, and required compliance paperwork
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as needed
