- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist

- Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as referred
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each student's IEP
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support for a diverse caseload of students
