Speech Language Pathologist in Cottage Grove, OR

Desired Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP state license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CF) will also be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working with students individually and in small groups
What You’ll Do:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development opportunities
• Provide guidance and resources to classroom staff for supporting students
