What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication difficulties
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Deliver direct and consultative SLP services as determined by IEPs
  • Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and district policies
  • Collaborate with educational staff and participate in IEP meetings to support student success
  • Offer resources and training to educators and families to foster language development
  • Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs and ensure inclusive practices
