A full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week provides both stability and a chance to deliver direct support to a diverse caseload of learners.
What you’ll bring:
- Current Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Valid Maryland Teaching Certificate
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working onsite across various campus locations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel between sites as needed (please include your ZIP code for placement consideration)
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct speech-language therapy to students
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation compliant with state and district policies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, IEP teams, and administrators to support student success
- Participate in eligibility, review, and IEP meetings, sharing expertise and recommendations
- Support students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs within the school environment
- Foster inclusive and supportive learning environments
