Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Provide engaging therapy sessions to help students reach speech and language goals
- Diligently monitor, update, and document students' progress and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school psychologists, and other professionals for holistic care
- Involve families by providing education and guidance throughout the therapy process
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
