Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Simi Valley, CA

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP or SLPA license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or SLP-Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered for SLP roles
- Experience in school-based, healthcare, pediatric, or teletherapy settings preferred
- Comfortable supporting K-8th grades, adapting to a range of communication needs
- Passion for fostering communication and language skills in children
- Strong teamwork abilities and clear communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs, using best-practice approaches
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service teams
- Track progress, document sessions, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Engage students in dynamic, motivating sessions tailored to their abilities
- Utilize both onsite and potential teletherapy models, as needed
