Required Skills & Experience:
- Current or eligible California SLP or SLPA license
- ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship Year for SLPs accepted
- Experience with K-8 pediatric populations (schools or healthcare settings preferred)
- Teletherapy competence is a plus
- Passion for working with students of varied backgrounds and abilities
- Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to K-8 students in-person or via teletherapy as needed
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and parent consultations
- Collaborate closely with school staff and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies
