Speech Language Pathologist CFY in Geneva, NY

This role is designed for a skilled speech-language pathologist or speech-language pathology assistant who is ready to make a tangible impact. You’ll work on-site three days per week, for a total of 21 hours, ensuring dedicated time to focus on quality interventions and authentic connections with students.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience in school-based SLP or SLPA roles preferred; healthcare experience considered
- Proven effectiveness in working with middle and/or high school populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and provide direct therapy services
- Comfortable collaborating with other educational professionals
Typical Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to students with communication needs in a middle-high school environment
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the evaluation process
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to address student goals
- Document services, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate progress with caregivers and educational team members
