Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Auburn, New York

Key qualifications and desired experience:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
- Familiarity with middle and high school age groups preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working on-site; teletherapy experience is also valued, but in-person presence is required
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educators
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation for all services rendered, including progress tracking
- Offer support and guidance to students in achieving academic and social communication goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning as needed
