Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure for SLPs or SLPAs (Clinical Fellowship Year and CCCs considered)
- Experience or strong interest in serving middle and high school students
- Background in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based speech-language pathology strongly preferred
- Comfortable providing in-person therapy (teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required for this role)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to student needs and IEP goals
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as needed
- Offer support, guidance, and encouragement to help each student achieve their potential
