Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Possession of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interest and experience in pediatric or school-based speech therapy settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support communication needs in the classroom
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
