Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for/active Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based populations
- Skills in assessment, intervention, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Work collaboratively with educators, administrators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Deliver therapy sessions in individual or small group settings, tracking and documenting progress toward goals
- Contribute to IEP meetings and write clear, effective reports and recommendations
- Engage in professional development and stay updated on best practices in school-based and pediatric SLP services
