Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Schenectady, NY

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure for SLP (or eligibility in the state)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Strong interest and/or experience in pediatric or school-based speech therapy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress notes, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and guide families on best therapy practices
- Foster a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment for optimal learning
