Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Troy, NY

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Hold or be eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility) for assignment
- Strong commitment to serving pediatric populations in school settings
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with school teams, families, and caregivers
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other professionals
- Deliver direct and consultative services based on student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to optimize student outcomes
