Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with varying speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement custom treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Lead engaging therapy sessions targeting specific speech and language objectives
- Monitor student progress closely, maintaining thorough and clear documentation
- Work collaboratively with a diverse multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists
- Involve and guide families in the therapy process to support student success outside of the classroom
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience supporting pediatric and/or school-aged children, especially in educational settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as productively within a team
Minimum Requirements:
- Active, state-approved Speech-Language Pathology license
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
