Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license and CCCs required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- School-based SLP experience preferred, especially with K-12
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grades
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a supportive environment
