Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required (for SLPs)
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required for SLPs
- Eligible for (or current) state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- Experience with school-aged children across kindergarten through 12th grade preferred
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Open to travelers and local candidates alike
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to a K-12 student caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support teams to foster student progress and carry out IEP goals
- Document therapy sessions, maintain records, and participate in ARD/IEP meetings as needed
- Promote communication skills development for students in both individual and group settings
- Travel between different nearby school locations as assigned
