Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Minnesota SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC) preferred, but candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome and will receive on-site supervision
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, faculty, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy and monitor progress towards communication goals
- Collaborate closely with other SLPs, teachers, support staff, and guardians
- Engage in team meetings and provide educational support within the school community
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all caseload activities
