Qualifications/Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (CCC preferred)
- Prior experience delivering teletherapy services in a school environment
- Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and data collection
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with students, staff, and families
- Strong technical skills and comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct speech and language therapy services to students via teletherapy
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, counselors, and parents to address students’ needs in academic and social settings
- Maintain accurate documentation, participate in IEP meetings, and monitor student progress
- Adapt therapy materials and strategies to meet student goals in a virtual environment
- Support communication skill development for students with a wide range of speech and language challenges
- Offer guidance and strategies to educators and caregivers for classroom and home use
