Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing SLP services within K-12 school settings
- Previous teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Tech-savvy with comfort managing online therapy platforms and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Deliver therapy sessions both in person and via teletherapy
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language challenges
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning
- Offer guidance for educators and families to reinforce strategies at home and in the classroom
