Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license valid in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Comfortable delivering teletherapy using digital platforms
- Strong understanding of IEPs, progress tracking, and state compliance standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Dedicated to advancing student growth and engagement
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually or in small groups—both on campus and online
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress reports in compliance with state and district requirements
- Communicate professionally with teachers, support staff, and family members regarding student progress and needs
- Maintain meticulous documentation for sessions, evaluations, and student outcomes
- Participate in pertinent staff meetings, professional development, and parent conferences, as needed
- Adapt therapy materials and methods to best serve a variety of student abilities
