Your background in speech-language pathology will be essential as you deliver engaging teletherapy sessions, conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered
- Minimum of one year of school-based SLP experience is preferred
- Teletherapy experience and technological proficiency; comfortable with virtual platforms
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop targeted treatment plans
- Deliver virtual direct therapy and consultation services to students on your caseload
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and educational teams to support student goals
- Maintain up-to-date progress notes, reports, and documentation to meet district and compliance standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program improvement
- Support inclusion, diversity, and accessibility within a remote educational environment
