Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience delivering teletherapy or virtual SLP services preferred
- Proficiency with digital platforms for video conferencing, online assessments, and documentation
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and familiarity with school-based therapy documentation requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students via teletherapy platforms
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to assess needs and progress
- Conduct virtual assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student outcomes
- Document services delivered, update progress notes, and maintain compliance with required protocols
- Participate in virtual meetings, IEP reviews, and parent conferences as needed
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions as indicated
