School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Saint Paul, Minnesota

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC preferred)
- Previous experience in educational settings preferred
- Skilled in delivering teletherapy using secure digital platforms
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs collaboratively
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Comfortable adapting therapeutic strategies for K-12 students with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students in-person and via teletherapy
- Evaluate and assess student needs, communicating findings clearly
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer training and resources to education staff and families
- Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with district policies
