Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services both on-site and via teletherapy platforms
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student progress
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with educational policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates as required
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse learning profiles of students
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or ability to obtain licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy and virtual session software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
