Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Baxter, Minnesota

Unlike virtual-only roles, this position focuses on building real connections with students and staff while drawing upon the expertise of a team of both in-person and remote SLPs.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license (or eligibility) in Minnesota
- ASHA CCC preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) will be considered
- Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, staff, and families
- Ability to work independently on-site or in a hybrid capacity (not fully virtual)
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapeutic services on-site and/or in a hybrid format as determined by student needs
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in student IEP meetings and contribute your SLP expertise to the team
- Take advantage of mentorship and supervision from experienced SLPs, especially beneficial for CFs
