Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Commitment to on-site or hybrid service delivery (not open to fully remote work)
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students with a range of communication and language needs
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Provide direct therapy, conduct screenings, and implement interventions
- Participate actively in student-centered meetings and ongoing professional development
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows as needed, contributing to a positive learning environment
