Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Brainerd, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Active Minnesota state licensure or the ability to obtain
- Previous experience with pediatric populations or a strong desire to work with children in an educational setting
- Commitment to on-site or hybrid service delivery (no fully remote work)
- Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and records according to school and state guidelines
- Receive mentoring and supervision as needed (support available for CF candidates)
