- Create individualized therapy plans and participate in the IEP process
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support overall student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided
- Provide both direct and consultative therapy based on student needs
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing communication with families
