Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working within a school setting preferred
- Solid understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and the special education process
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all district and state guidelines
- Offer consultative support and in-class interventions as needed
